We outline all kinds of good information, and provide you with all the details you need to use DigitalWorld. DigitalWorld can only be used with WordPress and we assume that you already have WordPress installed and ready to go. If you do not, please see our section on WordPress to help you get started.
1. WordPress Information
To install this theme you must have a working version of WordPress already installed. If you need help installing WordPress, follow the instructions in WordPress Codex.
2. Requirements For DigitalWorld
Before you begin the install, checking to ensure that you have the minimum requirements for Digitalworld is WordPress 4.4.0 or highter, PHP 5.4 or highter and MySQL 5.4 or highter.
Recommended PHP Configuration Limits
Many issues that you may run into such as; white screen, demo content fails when importing, empty page content with Fusion Builder and other similar issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own, or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:
- max_execution_time 180
- memory_limit 128M
- post_max_size 32M
- upload_max_filesize 32M
Installation
1. Wordpress Installation
Flease see this video guide to know how to install and set general configuration for Trueshop theme.
Step 1. Download ZIP package from Themeforest and then unzip it.
Step 2. In unzipped folder you will find the three folders are: Plugins (js_composer.zip; kute-toolkit-v1.0.1.zip; revslider.zip); Sample Data (that contains sample data like xml file or slider...); DigitalWorld theme (that consist of the theme + the Child theme).
Step 3. In your Wordpress Dashboard, navigate to Appearance=> Themes.
Step 4. Click on Add New, then click on Upload Theme and browse the DigitalWorld-vx.x.x.zip file in unziped folder, finally click Install Now.
Step 5. Wait for a while until the installation complete then select Activate link to activate theme. Theme has been installed and actived. Beside that you can also click to Live Preview to view this theme.
2. FTP Installation
Install Trueshop Via FTP
Step 1 – Log into your hosting space via an FTP software like File Zilla.
Step 2 – Unzip the DigitalWorld-v.x.x.x.zip file and only use the extracted "DigitalWorld" folder.
Step 3 – Upload the extracted Digitalworld theme folder into wp-content > themes folder.
Step 4 – Activate the newly installed theme by going to Appearance > Themes and clicking the Activate button.
Step 5 – Once you activate DigitalWorld theme, you will then see a notification message to install the required plugins: WooCommerce…
Step 6 – Follow the the notification message to install and activate required & recommended plugins.
3. Install Needed Plugins:
DigitalWorld Theme recommended you use the following plugins:
- Digitalworld Importer, Digitalworld Toolkit - Need to be installed.
- Visual Composer - Visual Composer for WordPress is drag and drop frontend and backend page builder plugin that will save you tons of working time on the site content. You will be able to take full control over your WordPress site, build any layout you can imagine – no programming knowledge required. Moreover, now you can choose either work on a backend or move your page building process to frontend and instantly you can see the changes you made.
- Revolution Slider - is a premium plugin( Official Page ) which lets you create stunning full-width, full-screen, normal sliders, all responsive with nice effects.
- WooCommerce - An e-commerce toolkit that helps you sell anything that you want.
- WooCommerce Currency Switcher – the plugin that allows you to switch to different currencies and get their rates converted in the real time!
- YITH Woocommerce Compare - allows you to compare more products with woocommerce plugin, through product attributes.
- YITH WooCommerce Wishlist - help you to add Wishlist functionality to your e-commerce.
- YITH WooCommerce Quickview - allows your users to have a quick look about the product.
After installed Digitalworld theme sucessfully, you will be noticed to install required plugins, just following the instruction you will get all settings.
After click on "Begin installing plugins", you will see the box below:
The installation process may take few minutes, so please be patience. All installations have been completed.
Scrolling down and click on the link "Return to the Dashboard" to go back your Dashboard.
After Installation
1. Import Demo content.
If you`re using the theme to build a new website which doesn`t have the content yet, I strongly recommend you to use the demo content files. This theme includes xml data files which allows you to upload the demo content to your website. The content is the same as in the Live Demo Preview.
You can follow these steps below to import the Sample data:

Step 1: Go to Dashboard =>Tool=> Import
Step 2: Install plugin WordPress Importer
Step 3: Run Importer
Step 4: Click on Choose File button and go to the folder that you save the file. Find the filename.xml of the Demo you want to display on your site then click Upload file and import button.
Step 5: Check Download and import file attachments checkbox and select user for post's author before submit to start import sample data:
Wait for the importer working until this pop up appear that meant your import completed.
2. Import Layer Slider data.

Step1: Go to Dashboard=> Revolution Slider
Step 2: Import sliders
The Import Slider popup will appears, click Choose File button then go to the folder that you save the file, for example "Corp-opt1.zip" in the Sample Data file then click to Import button:
The slider has been imported successfully.
Manipulate the similar steps to import the other sliders to your site.
3. Import Theme Option ( One Click)
- In case you would like to use our available configurations such as Logo, theme color, sidebars, header, footer, blog...You just navigate to DigitalWorld
- It will take you to the page that list all layout options, you can select any demo, just by one click.
Wait a while for completing.
You have to go to Dashboard =>Appearance =>Menus to set menu like our demo menu.
- Select Manage Location tab to set theme Location and Assigned Menu:
- Select "Edit Menu" tab to edit menus.

5. Homepage and Blog page setting
- Go to Dashboard => Settings => Reading:
- It will takes you to the Reading Settings page, from this page you should care about some of the following selections:
In the "Front page displays" section, check on the button list "A static page"[1], then select Front page [2] and Post page[3] like the screenshot above if you want the front page display as our demo or you can also make your own front page displays.
Finally click on "Save Changes" button to save your settings.
6. How to update Digitalworld theme?
If you would like you update your current theme to the latest version, please following the below guideline.
- Go to Appearance >> Themes
- In below screenshot, Digitalworld theme is actived, so you need to deactive it then remove it from your site.
- Click on "Add new" button to add new Corporate version to your site.
- The update is completed successfully.
Theme settings

1. General Setting
You can upload site's logo in Logo tab[1], color in Colors tab[2], Sidebar in [3]; custom css in [4]
Note: How to upload Favicon For WordPress Version 4.3 or later
WordPress Version 4.3 implemented Site Icon feature that enables favicon in your web site. It is recommended that you use the Site Icon feature, instead of following the guidance below. When you use it, you don't need to prepare the favicon.ico file by yourself or modify your template file, just specifying square image that has at least 512 pixels wide and tall from Customizer screen.
Follow the below steps to set favicon in your site.
- Prepare image file. It must be square, and at least 512 pixels wide and tall.
- Go to Administration Screen > Appearance > Customize
- Click Site Identify
- Click Select Image at Site Icon section, upload the image file you prepared in the above step from Upload Files tab screen, and click Select.
2. Blog Setting
Go to Digitalworld =>Theme options =>Blog setting, you will see all the settings for your Blog page:
2.1.Blog Settings:

[B1]: Select a layout for the blog.
[B2]: Choose a kind for the blog sidebar..
[B3]: Click On button to use placeholder, otherwise click Off button.
[B4]: Choose a blog layout style.

Go to Digitalworld=>Theme Options => Header Settings

[2]: By clicking Enable to display the main menu sticky, otherwise click Disable.
[3]: By clicking Enable to display the wishlist link, otherwise click Disable.
[4]: Enter a hotline here to display on header.
Vertical Menu Setting: By clicking Enable to display the vertical menu, otherwise click Disable.
4. Footer Setting.
Go to Digitalworld =>Theme option =>Footer Settings, you can select the Footer Style display on your site:
Go to Digitalworld >> Footers Builder. It will take you to the list of footer options that we've builded in this theme by using Visual Composer.
If you would like to view the detail footer building of any footer styles that are listed in above screenshot. Please hover over that one then click on "Edit" button. The Corporate footer home 01 is shown as an example.

Frontend displaying:
Beside that, if you do not want to use any Footer Template like our Demo, you can also build your own Footer Style. You can go to Dashboard/ Footer Builder and build the Footer as you want by using Visual Composer.
BIG NOTE: In case you can not view shortcodes on this page, please go to Visual Composer/ Role Manager and enable visual Composer for pages, posts...as below image.
Remember to save your setting.
5. Woocommerce Setting
Go to Digitalworld=>Theme options => Woocommerce
5.1. In the WooCommerce Tab:

Using this shortcode to display a banner.
All settings of Corporate Banner are in two tabs: General and Design options.
In the General tab:
